With nearly 30 years of experience in the catering industry, Western Chef Terry specializes in fine dining, including French, Italian, British and Mediterranean cuisines. Chef Terry previously served as Sous Chef at a 5-star luxury hotel, Executive Chef of a listed catering group and Sous Chef of a luxurious private clubhouse, giving him on a wide range of culinary experience.

Graduated from Institut Culinaire Disciples Escoffier and studied at Le Corden Bleu in UK, Chef Terry continued to pursue knowledge of food and nutrition at the University of Hong Kong and vegan cuisine at the Food Future Institute UK.

 

As a professional member of Disciples Escoffier International, The World Master Chefs Society, Hong Kong Chefs Association and Hong Kong International Culinary Art Association, Chef Terry works frequently with internationally acclaimed Michelin chefs and exchanges culinary views with renowned chefs in Europe from time to time.

 

Chef Terry is committed to incorporating the intricacies of Western cooking techniques, artistic plating skills, and theoretical knowledge into his culinary courses so that people can recreate exquisite fine dining dishes at home, and enjoy quality time with loved ones.
