Western Chef Terry Yeung lives by the motto "Savor life, share culinary insights and celebrate the joy of cooking". Trained in the intricacies of French gastronomy, Chef Terry graduated with Best Student Award from the Institut Disciples Escoffier, Hong Kong and studied Vegan and Boulangerie in Le Cordon Bleu, London. With nearly 30 years of professional and solid experience in gastronomy, Chef Terry's background includes notable stints at the Executive VIP Restaurant of an internationally recognised financial group, a prestigious and exclusive private clubhouse and a 5-star luxury hotel in Hong Kong. 

 

Chef Terry’s avant-garde dishes embody both the complex flavours and uniqueness of French cuisine and the diverse culinary heritage of Hong Kong. In the meantime, Chef Terry is a worldwide certified culinary arts trainer, who specializes in European cuisines in particular French gastronomy.

 

Moreover, Chef Terry is a Red Ribbon Member of Disciples Escoffier International and is recognized by the highly-regarded London-based World Master Chefs Society as a Certified Master Chef. He is also an APAC Ambassador of Chefs Sans Frontieres, a charity organization raising funds for small artisanal food producers and farmers who have lost businesses due to natural disasters.
