Chef Nelson had worked in 5-star hotels for more than 20 years, such as Peninsula Hotel, Regal Hotels International and New World Hotels.
He is familiar with Western cuisine and Asian cuisine. He has been a full time Chef instructor in Cooking Class over 10 years.
