Pearl River Bridge Cooking Competition 🎉 to promote culinary exchange

In collaboration with leading soy sauce & seasoning manufacturer Pearl River Bridge, we are proud to connect culinary enthusiasts and 👩🍳　professional chefs Mabel Ho and Zoe Tsang at Shun Hing Cooking Centre last Saturday, unleashing culinary creativity and fostering a sense of community.

Marking the 65th anniversary of Pearl River Bridge, 18 participants were shortlisted from vast amount of applications to attend the final at Shun Hing Cooking Centre. Participants incorporated designated condiments and seasoning into their dishes 😋, showcased refined culinary techniques and strived for culinary excellence🍳. Congratulations to Iris, Winne and August on the exceptional performance 🏆!
