Shun Hing Group 70th Anniversary Cooking Competition Final 🏆 Event Highlights

Throwback to the 🎉 Cooking Competition Final held in July - which was fully supported by Shun Hing Cooking Centre🔥, 10 skilled finalists 👨‍🍳 created exquisite dishes using Shun Hing Group electronic appliances, and showcased their culinary creativity and advanced cooking techniques in strictly 60 minutes to compete for the top position🏆

Congratulations to 🥇Champion Bong Bong for hitting the top score with his dish "Green Lotus Dressed in Red"《青荷披鮮紅》, and he has been rewarded HK$70,000 worth of Shun Hing Group Gift Vouchers and a trophy as tokens of recognition🎁 Mastering different kitchen appliances from Panasonic and Rasonic, he incorporated different gastronomic techniques🍳 and successfully captured the judges' hearts with the stunning visuals and umami of red king crab🦀

While 1st runner-up 🥈Fiona's "Handmade Bonbon Chocolate with Tangerine Peel and Red Bean Ganache" 《愛心陳皮紅豆手作朱古力》 coheres with the Cooking Competition theme "Celebrating 70 with Love♥️", 2nd runner up 🥉 Eddie embraced sustainable sourcing into the dish design of "Fish and Fresh" by choosing the Taiwanese Tilapia as his main ingredient🐟
