Chris Lee

Ignited by a strong passion for baking, Baker Chris was awarded a Bread and Cake License by a globally recognised cooking school with excellent grades. She also has extensive experience in teaching baking at multiple cooking studios.

 

Chris worked as a marketer in the food industry for many years prior to becoming a baker and has actively exchanged culinary insights with top chefs. With her expertise and profound knowledge in the food industry, Chris recently established "La Cuisine de Chris", which specializes in baked goods and desserts, including bagels in different flavours, British scones and popular French Canelés.

 

Chris strongly believes that cooking and baking is a love language to share gratitude and appreciation, earning the support of friends and fans. She was selected as a Top 10 finalist in the "Shun Hing Group 70th Anniversary Cooking Competition", and her signature dish Porcini mushroom & smoked chicken heart pie won the hearts of the judges due to its distinguished appearance and flavours.
