Wagashi is a very traditional dessert in Japan. They are made very beautiful and exquisite like art works. Connie Leung will teach three different Wagashi in this class. In the class, you will hand making the skin and stuffing of the Wagashi. And Connie will teach you the colouring skills and how to use tools designed for Wagashi. Totally three shape of Wagashi you will be making in this class: Daisy, Sakura, flower basket.
