Shun Hing Cooking Centre specially launched a Classic Chinese Local Dishes for student! Offer a great chance for them to build up the solid foundation and cooking skill for making Chinese dishes. There are total 3 lessons for this class. Our tutor Mrs. Mic, is good at cooking Chinese local dishes. She established a personal fanpage as a platform to share her own cookery hints and secret tip to others.

Practice: Fried Spare Ribs in Wuxi Style, Shanghainese Smoked Fish

Demonstration: Red Bean Paste Pancakes

 

05/12 (Tue) Lesson 2

Practice: Barbecued Pork with Red Fermented BeancurdBraised Tofu

Demonstration: Almond Sweet Soup with White Jelly Fungus and Lotus seeds

 

12/12 (Tue) Lesson 3

Practice: Fried Shrimp Ball in Chiu Chow Style, Fried Chicken with Sichuan Chili

Demonstration: Sweetened Taro Sticks in Chiu Chow Style

 

Course fee:

Original fee: $1,480 (3 classes)

 Customers’ who purchase designated cooking appliances: $1,180 (3 classes)

 

Remarks:

 * Certificate of Attendance will deliver for student who completed 3 classes.* During the promotion period, Cooking Centre will provide 1 piece of apron as a free gift to each registered customer.

 * Student cannot transfer to other class after completed the enrollment procedures.

 * Special price of HK$200/$300 cannot be applied to this class.
