Shun Hing Cooking Centre specailly launched a Basic French Dessert Class for dessert lover! Offer a great chance for them to build up the solid foundation and cooking skill for making French desserts. There are total 4 lessons for this class. Our tutor Samantha, She learnt her patisserie skills at Le Cordon Bleu Paris. She loves to integrate the theory together with practice, and share her secret pastry tips to students.

20/1 Lesson 3 Entrements: Concord Cake(6")—Chocolate Mousse, Chocolate Meringue

27/1 Lesson 4 Laminated Dough : Puff Pastry, Apple Danish, Cheese Straws


Course fee:

Original fee: $1980 (4 classes)

Customer's who purchase designated cooking appliances: $1,380 (4 classes)

Remarks:

* Certificate of Attendance will deliver for student who completed 4 classes.

* During the promotion period, Cooking Centre will provide 1 piece of apron as a free gift to each registered customer.

*Student cannot canceled or transfer after completed the enrollment procedures.
