Mrs. Anissa Wong is a former lecturer of Sir Robert Black College of Education, Northcote College of Education and the Hong Kong Institute of Education (Home Economics Department). She has taught in a few renowned schools in Hong Kong, such as Kit Sam Middle School, Ho Tung Technical School for Girls and Diocesan Girls School. Being an experienced Home Economics teacher, Mrs. Wong is keen in using different cooking skills and technique as well as efficient use of electrical kitchen appliances to making cooking an interesting, creative and enjoyable learning experience. Through teaching and learning she likes to introduce nutritiously balanced and appetizing meals and to promote healthy eating in our daily diet. |
