 Description

These days some of you may get used to cooking at home instead of going to restaurants. You may think it is hard to cook good quality Japanese dishes at home. Come to this class to learn how to cook restaurant-quality traditional Japanese food. Chef Jason will teach you to cook Chawanmushi with crab meat which has a very soft and smooth texture. Jason will also teach you the pan-fried sirloin cubes with garlic chips, just like the one teppanyaki restaurant does. After this class, you can cook yourself a luxury traditional Japanese meal too.

Practice:

Remarks:
* Audio recording and video recording are strictly prohibited during class.
* Food box will not be provided for the class. Customer has to bring his/her own box if necessary.
* Customer who using the price of HK$680 to join our class, can come along with one friend or relative. (Share one portion of food ingredients and student table together)
* Customer who using the special price to join our class, can add HK$100 and come along with one friend or relative. (Share one portion of food ingredients and student table together)
