Samantha is cooking instructor, food consultant and F&B event organiser. She has won various cooking competitions including the Panasonic Bread Maker competition in 2013.
Samantha is also a member of Disciples Escoffier International, a worldwide association for French cuisine, and has organised many successful gourmet events for the Hong Kong delegation. She has also participated in various charity events, including authoring a cookbook for fundraising and doing cooking demonstrations. She learnt her patisserie skills at Le Cordon Bleu Paris. Prior to entering the culinary world, Samantha had managed a home appliances manufacturing company for over 10 years and acquired in depth knowledge of different products. She is a certified Hygiene Manager in Hong Kong and ServSafe Manager under the US
