Chiu Sze Cheuk
Chief Executive Chef of Sushi Ocean.
Chef Chiu Sze Cheuk has been working as Japanese chef for 35 years. He worked at the Japanese restaurants as executive chef at Sheraton Hotel and Hotel Nikko Hong Kong. He later on established Daikyo Japanese Cuisine and Sushi Ocean. For many years, he has been invited to have performance in the Star Chef Cooking Demonstration in Food Expo organized by HKTDC
