Delicious Thai Seafood - Thai style salt baked mullet, Spicy and sour Sriracha prawn, Thai style layer steamed cake

 Description

Two seafood dishes will be taught and you can practice in this class. Mullet is a very common fish use in Thai cuisine. Salt baked fish could keep all the flavour perfectly. With Thai style seasoning, the original flavour of the fish is largely released. The second dish uses Sriracha as the sauce, which is spicy and sour. Sriracha is very popular all around the world, even Japanese and Western cook use in their cuisine. Of course, Nelson will show you the original and traditional Thai Sriracha to cook the prawn. Lastly, Nelson will prepare a Thai dessert, layer steamed cake to share with the class.

* Audio recording and video recording are strictly prohibited during class.
* Food box will not be provided for the class. Customer has to bring his/her own box if necessary.
