Rice paper roll is a very popular dishes in Vietnam. It is easy to make and you can use whatever food ingredient you want as the fillings. Vietnamese rice paper rolls often make use of mangoes and served with spicy sour fish sauce, which letting the roll taste refreshing. Coconut milk and pandan steam cake are always found in many countries in Southeast Asia. Coconut milk can cover the grassy flavor of the Pandan leaf but retains its unique aroma.
