 Description

Chef Mr. Chiu Sze Cheuk will bring us the finest Japanese cuisine in this lesson. The first dishes will be the beef teppanyaki. Chef Chiu will show you the skills used in teppanyaki, and how to keep the beef juicy. The second dish comes from the king of Japanese cuisine, Kaiseki cuisine. Chef Chiu will show us the way of Kaiseki, to make a steam cuisine with seasonal seafood. The last dish will be Kyushu style kurobuta pork sukiyaki. Sukiyaki is very popular in Hong Kong but you may not have tasted the most traditional Sukiyaki. Chef Chiu will show you how to make the sukiyaki sauce, and how to make the traditional sukiyai with Kurobuta pork and other seasonal vegetables and side dishes. This lesson is extremely rich in content and don't miss it!
