 Description

Beef bourguignon is a classic and most famous beef dishes in western cuisine. In this class, Samantha will show you how to cook this dish with short ribs with bones instead of other parts of an ox. Short ribs contain tendons with muscles, rich fats. It uses less cooking time when comparing to other parts of ox such as beef brisket or oxtail, easier to cook as a family dish. Samantha will also demonstrate the triple cheese bread which best served with the main dish or great to have one in breakfast. This class is also welcoming kids to come. Let's join and have fun together.
