Nelson will teach two very special and popular western dishes in this class. The first one is roasted beef with flower shape puff pastry. You will learn how to make that special flower shape puff pastry. The other one is the deep-fried fish fillet with self-made tartar sauce. The recipe for making the crispy skin and tartar sauce is the main soul of this dish. Come and learn all these skills and enjoy these two special dishes with us!

* Food box will not be provided for the class. Customer has to bring his/her own box if necessary.
