 Description

Ms Connie Leung will teach two Chinese medicine dishes in this lesson. The first one is the pork and tofu balls with ling zhi. Ling zhi is a kind of mushroom which can strength your liver and heart, postpone senility, and strengthen your immune system. The other dish is chicken with sand ginger and walnut. Two flavours have different medicinal effect. Sand ginger helps to relieve stagnancy and help to protect the spleen. Walnut protects your lungs and kidney. These two healthy dishes are something you must eat during this epidemic period.

* Food box will not be provided for the class. Customer has to bring his/her own box if necessary.
